Common questions
How far in advance should I contact you
As early as possible—especially for high season (March, April, October, and November), when desert camp spaces and vehicles book out quickly. That said, we often accommodate last-minute requests within 3 to 5 days if availability allows.
Do I need to know exactly which tour I want before contacting you?
Not at all. Many people reach out with a starting city, a number of days, and a rough idea of what they want to see. We help build the itinerary from there through our tailor-made Morocco tours service.
What currency do you accept for payment?
Moroccan dirhams (MAD) or euros (EUR). Payment is made in cash on the morning of departure.
Can I contact you from outside Morocco?
Yes—WhatsApp is the easiest channel for international contact and works well regardless of where you’re based. Email works equally well for longer messages.
